Feeling deflated :(

Hey girls,
Ive had my appointment where i meet the surgeon today and ive left feeling really down. I went to a few appointments today with some surgeons not from MYA and i feel like every surgeon has given me different information about many different topics. I feel confused and stressed at a time i thought i would be feeling happy and excited. I just feel played – Not by MYA personally but just the fact ive received different information from different people. Has anyone else had this? Any advice on feeling more positive or any help with how to deal with the different information? Just have no clue which direction to go from this.

Basically I wouldn’t worry yourself too much, each surgeon will have their own opinions on things x

They told me completely different things about the difference between overs/understand risks involved. One told me I would feel the implant if I had overs, other told me I wouldn’t. The only thing they’ve actually agreed on is that I have very good breast tissue to work with. I’ve been recommended smaller cc by other company too but Mr Kazzazi suggested more. He also suggested overs until I asked the risks and he just said “ok unders it is” when I didn’t even ask for them I was just wondering about the risks ? I just feel confused and like I won’t be getting what’s right for me. I want a natural look and don’t need a large cc because I already have 32c and want to go to a DD. maybe I’m just taking things too seriously :/ xX

To be honest I would do some online research about the pros and cons of different implant placements and make your own mind up about it 🙂
Even if my surgeon told me I should have overs I personally would refuse (though I am a 34b atm). Overs have a faster and less painful recovery compared to partially under the muscle or fully under the muscle.
If kazzazi didn’t even explain properly then you can request getting a different surgeon at mya xx

I think the whole Mr Kazzazi experience is whats getting me down tbh. Ive heard so many amazing things about him so im rather disappointed in what actually happened. The fact he specializes in the natural look is exactly what im after! Ive done plenty of research and thought overall i would leave it down to the surgeon because they should know whats best for my body. Thanks for the replies Abi xx

@Shannon Yeah, it doesn’t sound as though he was really listening to you or being helpful tbh! I know the surgeons are very busy etc but as we are paying so much money and its such a massive thing for us, they should make the effort more!

Although my surgeon was running an hour late and the consultation I had was very quick – I had been warned about this from my PC already so didn’t mind and as I’ve seen soooo much of his work I know 100% he will give me what I want.

Surgeon consultations are free, so I would definitely ask your PC for a consultation with another surgeon. That way, you can compare the two and see who you feel most comfortable with. xx

Shannon, I felt let down by Kazzazi also so I booked a second consultation with Mr Mounir who explained everything, was very chatty and funny. My friend had kazzazi and his work is incredible. I had Mounir and he is also fab. Have a few and see what they say. I have overs as I had lots of tissue and unders would have given me a big risk of double bubble. Overs do have a risk of rippling and also cc – pros and cons for both x

Hun I left after meeting Mr Kazzazi disappointed and unhappy. He told me that I had tubular boobs and I’d have to have nipple correction..this make me feel so low. But after seeing Mr Mounir he said he didn’t understand why Mr Kazzazi said what he said and I don’t have tubular boobs and an implant would be just fine no correction needed…I’ve stuck with Mr Mounir and feel happy with him and have heard and seen great results. I’d ask to see Mr Mounir or another surgeon if with another company and see if you feel any different/happier. Xx

Thanks for all the advice girls. I think im going to speak to my PC about maybe seeing another surgeon or giving Mr Kazzazi another chance and having a second consultation with him. When i asked certain questions he handed me a leaflet and told me it was all in there 🙁 Ive seen his work on many girls via the forum and he does do a great natural look which is exactly what im after. However, if he doesn’t answer my questions properly how am i meant to feel comfortable?!
Lynsey & Becca – If you dont mind me asking, what look were you guys wishing to achieve and did Mr Mounir do that for you? The only reason i was set on Kazzazi is the whole ‘natural look’ thing that my PC told me he was great at.
