Feeling emotional!

So my op was yesterday and I’m in so much pain today! Can’t really even move!! How long until this pain ease’s up? Xx

Post op day 3 now and feel so much better already, once your through the first few days it will get better i promise ☺️ Keep taking your meds and try to get comfy and get some sleep. Xxx

Aww sorry to hear your in so much pain, I was exactly the same I am now 8days post op and feel a lot better, Not sure if you have strapping or a band but I had strapping and unfortunately that was what was causing most of my pain and discomfort, just keep taking the painkillers when you can, and rest rest rest. But also get up and walk around the house a little as I found it I didn’t get up all day I went stiff and it hurt but soon eases. It does get easier I promise. Have you got someone to help you? Xx
