Feeling the implant move

Im 7 weeks post op now, went into normal bras and have gone back into sports bras as don’t feel ready due to this worrying me…When i push the side of my boob or lay on my side with my left boob I can feel the implant move inside but it doesn’t happen with my right…has anyone else had this? I can push it from side to side..
