Hi everyone, new to the site!
    .
Has anyone on a low annual income under 21 been offered this finance when putting a large deposit down?
    .
Been saving a hell of a lot lately for my BA, and i’m at the stage to enquire about it. I have saved 2,500 so far just wondering if i can put this down as a deposit and get the rest on 0% finance, or get ANY finance with mya?! I’m only 20, and I don’t have anyone that could be a guarantor for me. I’ve been accepted for a barclaycard but only with a £400 limit.
    .
Don’t want to waste my time travelling for my first consultation as i was let down by transform, but it’s worth a try i suppose. xx

I think to qualify for it you have to be working full time for a year and on at least 10 grand a year or something. but you can get someone to be a guaranteur xx

Just hope when i meet my PCC she does her best to help me as i’m so miffed with the money side of things! I want this before my holidays 🙁 x

I’ve no idea what qualifies as full time but i’ve got a feeling its 35hrs or over.
Yeah i was the same, i didn’t qualify for finance as i was only on 15hrs a week and couldn’t get a guarantor so i had to save up instead xx

Oh no, well done for saving. I bet you’re glad you did that now 🙂 Did you try to finance the full price of your BA?

if you can do 2500 deposit they will offer you rest on finance, or give you other options…you just have to have proof of income ect. I’m not working, i’m a student (20) and they said i could have 1000 on finance, if i could find another 500.. i’ve booked now and just paying it all though instead… or if you can get a guarantor to get the remaining balance then you can.i would ask at consultation if you haven’t already, they will tell you what they can give you xx

Try http://www.moneysupermarket.com I had half saved up myself and wanted a lower APR. I got a loan for the other 2000 and only ended up paying back an extra 400 over 2 years. That way I was so stretched :)xx

    Hi everyone,

I’d be really interested to find out what happens with everyone’s finance. I’m hoping to get about a grand on finance but I have a pants credit rating and no guarantor!
Just want to get it done in July instead of waiting until October!!

Let me know how you get on 🙂

Hey hun, just been accepted for finance… All done by myself and I am 19, full time work but only £10k+ salary, not much of a credit rating (it’s ‘fair’) and living at home with my parents. I put down a £1k deposit and got accepted right away . They’ve recently changed finance providers so I don’t think they accept guarantors anymore.. Only if the person actually takes you the loan in their name. Let me know if you have any q’s and I will be more than happy to answer if i can xxxx
