im 6 days PO and I’m starting to feel horrid about my tummy
ive never had abs or anyhting but i’ve always been reasonable flat tummed!
since my op i’ve not really done much but lay in bed and i know ive been insanely bloated and round, but now im worried whats left isnt bloating and feeling rubbish!
I know i cant exercise much yet but was hoping some of you girls are clued up about fitness and could recommend certain exercises to target my tum whilest not using my chest muscles at all?! i had unders and dont want to push them jsut yet.
when i do a sit up i feel a pull in both breasts especially my right one and it hurts!
