From 34A,having 350/375 .What size of High Compact Bra should I get ?

Hi all,
I am 34A having 359/375 cc this Wednesday.Please girls ,can you advise me what size of M&S high impact bra should I get ? Do I need to get a 36 or 34 ? X

Hi! I had pretty much exactly the same, I got a 34 high impact bra from marks but found it a little bit too restricting. Since having my op I have brought 36 and it fits a lot better. It doesn’t restrict and I can still breath!

Thanks Francesca,can I ask what did you go up to after op please ? 36DD?

Yeah I went up at around a D, but they are still very swollen and a bit ‘stuck on’ once they soften I believe they will get to around a DD.

Is a DD what you are hoping to achieve?

Yeah ,I hope for either D or DD.I got a few M&S high impact bras (size 34) but the nurse told me today to get one size bigger so I am going to bring them back to swap for size 36 .Two days to go for me .I am excited but nervous…
