Getting tape off?!x

Was told could take tape off after day 4 so I might take if of weds.
Did any one else take there off any tips?

Seeing nurse Friday so could wait but be glad to get it off x

I took mine off after 4 days hun, and mine have heeled really well 🙂

That’s good think ill have a go then I’m scared!! X

Get a flannel & some warm water and wet the strapping before you peel it off, comes off so much easier!!! x

Got it off last night no brushing just very red and sticky! Horrible stuff to get off x
