Getting Washed?

How long before you can shower, wash hair. I am back at work after 8 days recovery and I’m concerned about washing.

I pulled the shower head down so I can wash all my bottom half and belly rather than a shallow bath. And I got my other half to wash my hair over bath with shower head. I did this from day two but didn’t wash hair till day 4-5 xx

I wasn’t able to shower until 11 days post op hun. Totally depends on how you’ve healed and what your nurse & surgeon say. i had shallow baths up till this point, washed my hair over the bath & went to hairdresser a few times and also used antibacterial wipes to keep feeling fresh. I will say I’ve just went back to work today as a receptionist, I’m post op day 17 and it wasn’t fun at all 🙁 xx

not looking forward to not washing! i guess it’ll be a bit like camping for a week! heh!
