Girls who are an A cup pre-op, whats the largest implant you've been offered?

I’m 20 years old, 6ft tall and very thin – size 8. No children.

I am currently a 32A and I have very little breast tissue. I want to go big and I love the glamour model look. I did the rice test and worked out that 525ccs are exactly the size I want, they look big on my frame but given that I am very tall they don’t look out of proportion.

I had a consultation with Mr. Traynor 2 weeks ago but the largest he would do was 410cc which I was unhappy with because when I tried the sizers on they looked nowhere near as big as I’d hoped. So I am travelling all the way to London on Thursday for a consultation with Mr. Singh in the hope that he will give me 525ccs or at least something close. I am SO nervous though because I will be crushed if even the big booby man can’t give me what I want!! 🙁

So my question is, girls who were small pre-op, what was the biggest implant you have been offered? And if Mr. Singh was among one of the surgeons you had a consultation with, did he offer you the largest?

I was an unmeasured 32a, and max I was offered was 380’s, I know measure 28g/30ff but wear a 32ff as them sizes are hard to find. I’m size 6 and 5″8

Comparing yourself to other girls for implant sizes never works, as we all measure and look different despite having the same stats, seeing surgeons is the only way to get a good idea of what can be offered, and setting your heart on an implant size is wrong, as you will end up hurt and upset.

Mr Singh is known as the big boobie man, but he is also very realistic, and if he doesn’t think a size will fit, he won’t do it, as it can cause all sorts of complications xx

Agree with the reply above ,You be lucky for them to put that size in .You have to see what he says at your appointment .
If you are very small the skin has to stretch and from a A cup that’s a lot of stretching to do .Are you going under as you said you have not much breast tissue .I dont think he will go under the muscle with that size implant hun .

thanks girls, @joannabella I’ve just had a look at your pre-op pic i’m surprised that 380 was the max you were offered because you look like you had a lot more tissue than me to start off with! these sizes are soo difficult to understand! yours look great though xxx

Thanks hun, I’m due a re-op for issues next week, and my new surgeon would rather me go smaller, I’d have liked slightly bigger, especially as I have 380’s already.
These were the biggest I was offered as I didn’t have that much to start with, I had unders, but having overs for my re-op xx

Hey, I had Mr Singh and he offered be 525’s but I went for 495 instead. I look a DD but measure a 32F. I started out as a 32a x

I wanted a natural look, and was offered a max 300mhp to give me this which i went with.

Hey hun I too am surprised at the size you were offered but as the other girls have said it all depends on your size and amount of breast tissue you’re starting off with. I am 5’2, size 8 and was offered 340-380 max and although I wanted bigger my surgeon gave me very specific reasons why I shouldn’t go bigger ( I saw 5 different surgeons and only one told me alot more than the others) You have to try to think long term, if you go with too big an implant (even if your skin might stretch it) you need to think about stretch marks and sagging since the implant may be too heavy and gravity is inevitable which may lead to back problems. Talk to your surgeon and get all your concerns out I know you want big boobies but remember you have to live with them and all the good and bad that comes along with it. Goodluck!!! Xo

Hi im a 32a size 8 5’5 and im getting 485cc on 12th december but ive got alot of tissue from having big boobs during pregnancy everyone is different depending on tissue 🙂

Hiya. I am 4 weeks post op. I was a 32a pre op, size 8, 5’5ft. I was offered 400-420cc. I wanted to be a full D. I decided on 400cc and I am very happy with the size. The different brand of Implants are different sizes. I got 400cc HP Natrelle unders. My surgeon said once they drop and fluff I would probably were a 32dd bra. Since you are tall you can get away with a larger cup size. just make sure your surgeon knows exactly the look and size you are going for because some surgeons go with what THEY think will look got on you. hope this help, Louise X

Hya i was a 32a and i had mr traynor, i had 525cc overs. The biggest he offered me was 410 aswell but i pushed for the 525, the reason he said i cud hav the 525 is because i hav had 2 pregnancy’s and the skin would stretch to fit the implant. I have gone from a 32a to a 32G xx

@amyhughes25 I’ve been to see mr sigh today and he offered me 525 or 545 overs which I’m over the moon about! I’m just concerned about how fake I’m going to look because I’m so thin. Do you have any pics I could look at? Xxx

Yea i hav got some pics u can look at just send me a friend request. Im 5ft3 8stone8 and they dont look too big on me they just the right size i think, altho im a 32G i dont look it. Justs send me a friend request and ill accept it, my boobs hav got a lot bigger since getn them done 11 weeks ago u will see that in my pics 🙂 xx
