girls who had tubular breasts before ba?

anyone who had tubular breasts found that they have sagged not long after their procedure?? i had implants and aerola reduction now 9 months post op, and feel as though they are starting to sag which i knew was a possible risk before i had it done. however was just wanting to know what people did from then if anyone has had the same problem. such as further uplift or whatever? x thanks
