Girls with/have had CC

Hiya! I am now 7 and a half weeks and my left breast is smaller, harder and so tight that day to day tasks are very painful and it’s really started to affect me. I have an app to see the surgeon in 3 weeks as I’ve been told I need to wait a bit longer but in the meantime I have uploaded 3 pictures (each around 2 weeks apart) and wondered if I could get a bit of advise?

Hey Kim I have Capsular Contractur in my right breast so I’m having them removed and re placed with motiva and over the muscle this time xx
