GOING FROM 500CC TO 450 HELP!!

hi ladied. I had my B.a in december 2014 and since the op ive since had problems due to built up fluid. Ive had to have over a litre removed from one boob and now i have a little excess skin and have dropped quite alot. Im having my revsion surgery on the 21st feb and wanted to have a smaller implant for my personal choice. What bras would you all recommend and also could anyone whos had 400cc would show me some pikkies. Im soooo bloody scared incase it all happens again. I will also have a scar which will be double in size. Thanks xx

Bras: Marks & Spencer zip front sports bra. I find the Macom scratchy on tender breasts x
