Going out – bra or no bra?

Hi girls I’ve got something planned on 10th June and at this point I will be 2 days away from being 6 weeks post op do you think I’d be okay to go out for the night and not wear a bra? Or is it best to wear a non wired bra? The surgery bras are so big and even the non wired bra I bought from m&s it pretty big I can’t wear anything low cut without seeing it- annoying! xx

Hi daisy! I had my 2 week PO appointment with my surgeon on Monday and he has advised me that it is fine to have a night off but I know it varies from surgeon to surgeon! He said the important thing is that as soon as you get home you put your surgery bra on, hope this helps! 🙂 xx

@tracy what point did you do this?? And did you go out without a bra on? I have a night out this weekend and I want to wear a lace bralette I’m not sure if to do so!

I did this yesterday and was completely fine! That’s 14 days post op, I had a strappy top I wanted to wear and the surgery bra was a bit bulky so went braless, feel completely normal today, just put my post op bra on as soon as I got home, hope this helps! 🙂 xx
