Got a date for surgery, unsure about sizing….

I’m having my boobs done at the Westbourne Centre under local anaesthetic, had my consultation on Saturday and been offered the date of April 26 th. I want to take it but still feel a bit confused about the sizing.

My surgeon says I have very little breast tissue ( I’m barely an a cup) and says I will have to have unders. He’s recommended around 330cc extra high profiles but couldn’t say what cup size that would make me. Has anyone had around the same size implant from an a cup? What size did you end up? Just would like a rough idea of what to expect! Thankyou xx

Hi jade, I haven’t had my surgery yet but on Saturday I’m having 310 extra high profile. I’m currently a size 6, 7.5 stone and very small 32b. I have been told by my nurse I should be about a d but they don’t like to give you a cup size as an implant can have such different results on people! My surgeon said every 120-150g is about 1 cup size if that helps. I see your also having extra highs which give a little (about 1cm) more projection than a high profile implant, it’s also more narrow at the base so your surgeon has probably recommended that implant as he feels it will suit your frame best. Hi Zoe, I’m a bit bigger, size 8 nearly 8 stone but only a 32a. I’m just worried that I still won’t have much in terms of boobies even once they’re done. Are you having yours under the muscle or over? Good luck for Saturday, not long to go now! Do you mind if o add you to see how you get on ? Xx

No that’s fine hun 🙂 my surgeon is doing it partially under, he tried to explain to me – so like under muscle at the top but over at the bottom, haven’t a clue how he is going to do that but I think he does it a lot and his results look great! Most girls who I have spoken to on here always say go for the biggest option, my pc also advised that as she said girls like there boobs straight after op when they are swallow and then the swelling goes down! I’m so nervous for Saturday, I’m not even sure if I have picked the right implant but they do say trust your surgeon! xxx

Oh right I see, sure they’ll look amazing. Yea I want as big as possible without looking stupid but my surgeon says he’s gonna struggle getting much more than the 330 in, just hoping they’ll be big enough … Aw you’ll be fine, gonna be so worth it xx
