Got a macom and a shock absorber do I only need 2?

One for day and one for night or while others in wash and not air eu got the right sizes either . Do I need to buy and more? Xx

I got the cheap ones from Asda for bed and a black and white schockabsorber for day. 6 weeks post op now got measured and went bra shopping yesterday. Soooo happy to be out of the sports bras!!!

I have just got two – I have got a macom and a cheap high impact one from asda. Can always get another if you need it! x
