Greasy skin post op?!

So I’m 9 days post op and feeling almost back to my old self, I’ve had my check up and everything’s healing great, just a small bit of swelling giving me discomfort but so far so good!
The thing I can’t fathom is the greasy skin! Anyone else got this? I’m now washing like normal, not taken any antibiotics or painkillers for days yet my skin all over is greasy so soon after washing, any ideas why and how long it lasts?!
First day back in the office today and I’ve not told anyone why I was off, this should be interesting ???? Bets on how many people notice! Lol

I never get greasy skin and noticed my nose/face was greasy yesterday! Haven’t really noticed other than that but made a comment about it to my sister so funny that you noticed this.

I know your chest is going to be shiny because it’s stretching and tight but that’s more dry than greasy. Honestly I feel like I’m wiping my face and neck a few times a day. And I’m not hot so it’s not sweat?! I’ve read it could be your body getting rid of all the drugs as toxins or temporary hormonal changes but it’s driving me mad lol ????

Yeah I have the oily skin thing too! I naturally have only skin but I have been oiler since taking the tablets, but thought it was because of the weather changing (hotter)! Thanks for pointing that out!! … But like @rebecca said I’m sure it’s the body clearing out toxins in the system. And the skin will go back to normal again.! Ps. MAC blot power really helps!

No idea at causes it! It seems to be easing off a bit but not fully back to normal. I’m definitely going through face wipes at a fast rate lol
