    I’m only a week post op and dying to get back to running too! Was told to wait at least 6-8 weeks and “YOU MUST WEAR A VERY GOOD SPORTS BRA!!!”. lol x

    Hi girls! I’m 6 weeks PO But Iv been exercising since week 1 building it up each week. For the first 2 weeks I just went for shorts walks, then by end of week 2 I was at the gym walking on the treadmill on an incline, then by week 4/5 I was back spinning and just took it easy. Just make sure you wear a good supportive sports bra and avoiding running or anything too high intensive that would make the healing process slower. If you want anymore advice feel free to message me. By week 5 I was back doing small weights xxx

    Thanks ladies I’m 6 weeks today , my scars took some healing and I’ve been in a fair amount of pain lol
    I have been walking etc but
    Now I’m feeling ok I want to get back into it X

    Im nearly 4 weeks post op, been back 2 weeks p/o walking and doing bodyweight squats/lunges but thats it. Desperate to lift again and although ive had 0 pain sincey op date i am taking it easy as you just cannot tell whats going on under the skin! I have poor blood circulation so 2 weeks was a long time for me to rest! Be active but be safe ladies! Xx
