I had my op back in January this year. Since March my hair has been falling out like crazy, I have read that this can happen due to the shock of the surgery on your body but normally stops after 6 months or so. It’s been almost a year since my surgery and the shedding is still really bad and it’s really sparse round my hairline. I have never experienced any kind of hair loss prior to this. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m seriously considering removing my implants as I just want to be back to normal.. It would be good to hear from anyone who has had their implants removed and not replaced.. Xxx

Ive had an implant and my hair has been falling out an awful lot! Had my surgery 5 weeks ago! I just put it down to lack of iron though as it’s something ove hd before but the hair loss didnt happen last time. Why dont u go doctors before u do anything drastic like that as it would be a shame!! Get a blood test it could be down to low iron or any number of things a blood test could solve! X

Your hair goes through 3 stages the growing stage the resting stage and the falling out stage (they aren’t the technical terms btw) and there is no time limit on how long each one lasts for! There is all sorts of things your can do to build your hair back up! There are some tablets you can get from like likes of boots or even Holland and Barrets that encourage hair growth. There’s a shampoo conditioner and treatment called nioxin there are different ones for different hair types I use number 3 because I have coloured hair and its thin. If you think your hair is falling out due to surgery having surgery again to remove them is going to be just as bad and may not solve the problem… Go to the doctors and try some tablets and that shampoo my friend lost all her hair due to an illness and she has lovely thick long hair now x

I used to do hairdressing so I get it from the warehouse I get my colour supplies from. This is the main website http://www.nioxin.com/en-GB/proven-solutions/products if you find out what type you are I know they sell it on amazon xx

I seem your hair loss is not for the op. If it is it will stop by the month of 6 or 7. You shedding cause maybe for androgenic alopecia or my best guess is hormonal. If so or not you should consult with a doctor first. The expert will identify your problem first then he will provide you a prescribed guideline. And if seeking a general way to get rid of shedding then you could try amplixin hair support system. These products line have some best products that help you to restore. thanks.
