Brill. How did you find it all?xx

I did feel abit of pain during the op but he good thing about sedation is you can tell them and they just top you up abit more! Apparently I fell asleep for some of the op (on my own because I was so drowsy) as soon as I came round I ate some toast and was out within the hour! Never felt crappy at all like you would from a general! Obv ached and abit of pain on my boobs but no feeling sick or anything it was great! When you pull up to the building you will think crap I can’t be having surgery in that! But trust me as soon as you get in there it is so much better and the theatre room really does put you at ease! I’m guessing your having mr kazzazi too? He is amazing I’m so happy with my new assets 🙂 xxx

I’m also going to the Doncaster clinic to have mine done on the 23rd of May 🙂 xxx

I’m booked in at Doncaster on 16th May with Mr. Kazzazi and a close friend had hers done there and she was over the moon xx

I’m so confused! I was under the impression sedation put you to sleep, too?!? What does it do exactly? And how do they administer it? Does it just relax you/zone you out?? Jeez, it’s a good job you’re on here, Jamie Leanne!! Yes, I’m having Mr Kazzazi, too!xx

Georgina, I’ll let you know how I get on xx

Brilliant, Barley, that’s really good to hear. Feel free to add me if you want to see how I get on. I’ll be sharing post op pics cos I found other people’s really helpful xx

It just makes you feel drowsy and really drunk! You will be awake for most of the op but that drugged up you haven’t got a clue what’s happening lol! My anaesthatist was still there who does general too but for the sedation they put I through the canister in your hand as a normal general! The anaesthatist was lovely I can’t fault him on the slightest, he talked me through every step, what he was doing and what mr kazzazi was doing. I felt completely at ease the whole time as I knew what was going on! Even though I was out of it I could still tell the anaesthatist when it hurt so he could give me more drugs lol! And for recovery after it in terms of anaesthetic there wasn’t any I felt fine! Sedation is a great way to have a quick recovery and not have to stay in hospital xxx

Thanks Jamie, I’d have been in for a shock if you hadn’t warned me!! I’m not sure how I feel about it yet. I think if it had been explained to me properly in the first place then I’d have come round to it anyway, but I’ve just got to get over the shock now. Better now than on the operating table, tomorrow!! And it really helps that you’re so positive about it. Thanks so much, Jamie. You should be on the MYA payroll!!xx

Haha yeah would have been a lot worse if you didn’t realise they started without putting you to sleep! Glad I can help hun 🙂 but honestly it’s nothing to worry about, if anything I’m glad I had it! I had no effects of general anaesthetic and could go home to rest after an hour of been there rather than staying in a hospital! They are all so nice there just don’t be out off from the outside of the building! Your in wry safe hands hun! Lol yeah, I’m just happy to help girls on here as I know how helpful I found it when I was pre op! Good luck with everything and make sure you rest a lot! Keep us posted how you get on 🙂 xxxx

Haha!! I know!! I’d be like, whoa there!!!! So glad you have warned me about the exterior of the place, too. Stuff like that could really up the anxiety without pre-warning. As long as I’m in safe hands and they’re nice, I’m happy:) Will keep you updated xx

Yeah the outside really got to me! My boyfriend and my best friend went with me and I was like I cannot go have surgery in that building look it it! It looks like an old doctors/house! If it wasn’t for them saying just go inside then decide what you want to do I probably wouldn’t have even walked through the door! Sounds snobby but I just expected something that looked abit more like a hospital type place. As soon as someone takes you to your room you’ll soon settle fine and realise you’ll be fine! Plus there’s a hospital next door and down the road which made me feel better haha cxxx

Pahhhahaha!!! I would be the same!! They are cutting us open in there, for goodness sake! Do they at least make a good brew?! How is the hospitality actually?xx

    Menu

Well my boyfriend and friend got offered drinks and biscuits while waiting but obv we can’t have anything before! After they offer you quite abit to make you feel better and ready to go home! It’s quite good it’s such a small place because you get their whole attention it’s great xxx

@jamieleanne, thanks for all the support and preparation. You’re right! I totally would’ve been like, what the frick?! The nurse told me that it’s actually My Kazzazi’s own clinic, which seemed to make it make more sense; it’s not like it’s a private chain hospital; it’s Mr Kazzazi’s own setup. Everyone was so lovely. Rowena welcomed us in and was the toast and tea lady, and Katrina was my nurse. I also had the smiliest of anaesthetists, I could’ve given him a hug he was so lovely! I did make a bit of a fool of myself, though. Once the sedative started taking hold I couldn’t stop laughing?! I tried really hard not to because it seemed a bit of an inappropriate thing to do (and there really wasn’t anything funny to laugh at!?) but this seemed to make me worse; you know like when you know you shouldn’t laugh and then it makes it uncontrollable?! I felt as if it was really rude of me so kept trying to apologise and explain myself, but that made me laugh even more…to the point that I was snorting and couldn’t actually get a full sentence out. Oh dear. So embarrassing. Tumbleweeds did roll! Did this happen to you?!
Feeling really comfortable now. Just wishing away the 9 days I have to wait until I can get the strapping off. How are you getting on?xx

Your welcome hun, glad it all went well 🙂 not that I can remember lol which I’m glad about, Ide rather not know if Ide said stupid things haha! Yeah the anaesthetist was fab when I was there such a great guy! Yeah the strapping really irritated me, it got itchy! Such a relief when it comes off but feels like your implants will just flop out for the first few hours because you’ve been strapped in for so long lol. Mine are going great thanks, looking more natural every day and tbh I feel great there’s nothing I can’t do now, I’m obv still been careful and not lifting heavy things but after those first 4/5 day hun anything seems better haha! I hope you still feel good this morning, bit stuff maybe? You will find you feel so stiff and your boobs ache every morning along with your bum from being sat up I long. Eee it’s exiting having new boobies isn’t it haha, you like the size so far? Xxx

@Jamileanne so glad you’re doing good:) So it’s the 4-5 day marker I need to focus on? I can do this. Not sure what to think of the size yet. They seem quite small…I know they’re strapped down, but there’ll also be swelling, won’t there? So in that case they will get smaller :-/ When I tried the size on in the bra and vest with my PC they looked awesome, though. Oh I don’t know. It’s so hard to tell with all this strapping, and it comes so high up you don’t get to peek at all! I know it’s the biggest I could’ve gone with my frame anyway, and I absolutely didn’t want them to look fake, so I guess I’ve just got to keep my trust with Mr. K. Is this dropping and fluffing thing that everyone’s talking about, true??xx

    Menu

Yep day 4/5 will be loads better 🙂 yeah I got to see mine before they strapped me up as Ide come round but strapping doesn’t make them look very glamorous does it haha! Yeah one of mine has dropped a little not the other so there abit wonky at the min and they keep getting squigier. Don’t panick if you have unders hun your muscle will be holding it down and once the muscle relaxes you’ll get a little more size xxxx
