Has anyone else been told NOT to wear a bra? 8 weeks P.O?

I went to see Dr singh at 8 weeks as ive had a few issues with a haematoma, and he told me to stop wearing a bra? Its like wearing shoes without socks, it feels so weird! I was just wondering if anyone knew why i had to do this or if anyone else has been told the same? On a good note i got measured at 32F today, from an AA! so i have gone up 7-8 sizes! i could cry with happiness!
