Has anyone had implants done due to excess skin (not necessarily to go bigger)?)

I’ve got 36D boobs, I used to be a 36E until I lost weight but even before, I was unhappy with the feel of them. Too much excess skin and not pert enough (I guess from not wearing a bra all the time when I was younger!) I went for a consultation at Beaucare and straight away the surgeon told me he wouldn’t do the op because it would just make them heavier in the long-run, and said I need a breast lift instead. I was aware that I might be told this as places often say this as they make more money from a breast lift op as opposed to implants. I have another consultation at Elyzea in 2 weeks, I have been told that they will do the surgery in this situation but I wondered if there are any other girls out there who have been in my situation and had implants to fill their boobs up?

Hiya hun this is the reason why I want to go bigger. i already have 525cc (i’ve lost 3 stone so had to fill up my boobs with something lol) but now they’re still looking a bit empty and I think I might go for 750cc, hopefully that will make them stand up more and look fuller. I wanted to go for a breast lift but remember that will leave u with scars under ur nipples xxx

Hi! Yeah I really don’t want an uplift as I don’t fancy the scars or the potential wonky boobs! What clinic did you go to for your op? x

The same happend to me I was 34G b4 I had my baby now I’m 9weeks post op with uplift and implants I’m so glad I’ve done it my scarring is fab and I’m so happy I’ve done I was told if I just had the implants IDE be back in a year or two for an uplift and they where no way I would be out 10k in the end for breast

I was exactly the same and I thought just having a bigger implant would work but when I saw the surgeon he said I def needed a uplift or I would just end up with a bigger version of what I already had and that they would just sag more, he even showed me pics and they didn’t look good!!! I ended up having a uplift and 340cc implants and I love the results!!! The scars are already fading and I’m only 3 months po and they def aren’t wonky!!! Thanks for the feedback girls! I’m still undecided though as I have a friend who had the same problem as me and she had implants to fill/lift her boobs a bit 3 years ago and they look great. I understand what some surgeons say about the extra sagging post-op because of the weight…. but i will see what Elyzea say next week. One other reason why I don’t want an uplift is because I am a pole dancer and I can’t have scars for up to 3 months on my boobs as I won’t be able to work.
Another friend of mine went to Beaucare last week, she has had a baby so has the same problem as me, lots of loose skin, although she is only a 36B/C – and she’s been told she can have implants. It just seems unfair and frustrating for me!! 🙁

I had big implants without a lift . I’m very happy with my results Hun. X

To fill mine with out the lift would have been a waste of time I would have to have implants to fill me out they would have end up H-J cup I’m only 5.4f size 12 and would have hated not able to fit in to a size 12 dress and my skin wouldn’t have able to hold them n a few years come and end up going bk for the lift I think you need to take it on the chin with wot your surgeon tells you x

What a change now Ayesha , for anyone having to have an uplift and implants I think your before and after pics our an amazing example of the brilliant work the surgeons do . Your new avatar confuses me lol. Theres a lot of bra avatars at the min .They look grate Hun xx
