Hey girls, I’m in absolute tears! So I was given my 6 week all clear by my nurse and she said it was ok for me to go out without a bra on, so Saturday I decided to go to a festival without one on. Saturday night I started getting pain in my right boob and it now looks like it’s dropped too much and is swollen! I’m so scared I’m starting to bottom out! Does it look like it has dropped too much because I didn’t wear a bra? Also when I lay down it is falling to the side and looks so horrible!! Xx

    Hey Hun
I think they look absolutely fine, maybe because you have wore a bra for so long it feels sore I have a few friends that have had it done and they said the first time they went without a bra it was sore for a while. I think they look fine though, hope this makes you feel a bit better xx

To me they look fine, ive also read people feel sore after not wearing a bra, put your sports bra back on and onlwear something else if you need to for a few more weeks, my friend was wearing hats for about 7months only wore strapless or whatever if she needed to because her Scars got sore and so did her boobs, I read someone else still wears hers to bed a few months po xx if Ur really worried after cour days ring the clinic xx

Thanks @littlec87 – I just feel that the right one (left one in photos) looks bigger and when I’m laying down it’s falling out to the side x

I think they look fantastic I see what you are seeing but it may just have dropped quicker than the other side and the other one will drop the same! I havnt had my op yet but I litreally love in this site lol and have seen a lot of girls saying that after week 6 when they start wearing normal bras (not sports bras) that there breasts drop and fluff even more. If your worried send your over a message or maybe as to speak to your nurse, it’s horrible worrying your nurse may even get you to just send her a picture so she can see. Sorry I can’t be any more help xxx

Thanks @kirstykitten the reassurance really helps! It wouldn’t be as bad if the left one was like it aswell so they’re even! I’m just so scared I’ve done damage by dancing without a bra on! I’m gonna call the clinic tomorrow and ask to see someone!xx

Well hopefully it is just the drop and fluff process and nothing to worry about, but yes think that’s a good idea to ring in the morning even if there isn’t anything wrong at least it will out your mind to rest. Let me know how the call goes try not to worry darling. Xxx

From around 6WPO – 12WPO one of my dropped more to the side when I lay down and now at 14WPO they’re even again so wouldn’t worry too much! It’s them both dropping at different rates like they do with everyone x
