Have to keep my cast on for 15 days. Actually want to cry :(

I had closed rhinoplasty a week ago with dr gonschior who told me on the day of my surgery that the cast would be on for 12 days. I went for my 1 week check up today and the nurse said I must keep it on for 2 weeks then rang me and said can I come a day later as she won’t be there. I am so annoyed was really looking forward to getting it off and now I’ve got to wait another 8 days, did any of you have to wait this long? Xx

DONT CRY!! If I was you hun I would get that strap off and make it more comfortable for the next week! I promise the cast wont come off. xx

Honestly, your better of keeping it ON for as long as possible, more protection for your nose and lets t heal quicker xx
