Hun if you are worried speak to your pc and see what she says. Theres risks with every surgery but doesnt mean they will happen to you
If you are unsure its best to figure it out sooner then later so speak to your pc today you may be able to cancel and get your deposit back until your are sure
    Good luck hun x

Im not sure about any other companys but i know Transform offer 10 years aftercare and free implant replacement if you get severe capsular contraction or a rupture. The naterelles come with their own lifetime gaurantee aswell, but i think that only covers the cost of the implant and not the surgery.. If you are worried it might help to talk to your pc and discuss your options. Explain your worried about the duration of your aftercare and see if they will put your mind at ease, every company is different and each have their pros and cons but at the end of the day its your body and you shouldnt go through with something if your not completely happy! Good luck with whatever you decide to do hun xx

Im worried about it too to be honest. I wish there way a way of knowing whether you’d be at risk or not. Ive heard somewhere that everyone gets it to some extent but only 2% of people get grades 3/4 (the worst). For me that percentage is enough to continue with surgery but i suppose thats just the risk we have to take xx

very true but i think if you are going to get it it will be in the first 2 years, pixie the 10 years guarantee is for the implants did you have the cui implants, i am having the naturelle implnats and that is a lifetime gurantee 🙂 xxx

Hi i have had capsular contracture twice now, my first was 8 yrs ago and my breast went hard within the first few months but back then it wasnt covered at all and got harder over the years. Then had a re aug in november and now got it in the other breast im in so much pain this time but having to really fight for my re op and had my op with mya this time and same surgeon both times. think there are risks with any company. i have noticed the capsular contracture both times way before 2 yrs so wouldnt worry too much. good luck xx
