    Hi girls,

I just wanted to get some advice and opinions on enlargements and any stories you may have about your experience. Unfortunately, being one of the only girls in my family with a small bust, it makes it hard for any of my family members to relate to my issue.

I currently can’t have a consultation yet due to having to wait until I am 18, but I just wanted to know peoples personal experiences and if anyone regrets getting them done? I have already considered all my options and this is something that I have thought about a lot, but I just wanted to know if it really does fill that hole in your confidence or whether all it does is just give you a great bust?

I’ve always been a very self conscious person and feel awkward around friends because I’m the flat chested one. Also, due to working in the fitness industry, appearance is relatively important to me and others. I don’t wan’t to go very big at all, maybe to a D?

Any help would be great! – Thanks in advance x

    Hi Chloe,
I’m the same as you, I managed to be the only female in my family to skip the boob genes.
I have my surgery on Friday, I have always wanted this but felt I needed to wait until I was a little older so I knew that it was really what I wanted as I know how much my body was still changing even up until I was 20-21.
I found this site really helpful with any questions or worry I had, nothing is to silly to ask as guaranteed someone else has thought it too.
I think if you feel it will really make a difference then go for it and have the consultation once your old enough as you have nothing to lose.
Sorry I can’t help you more, once I’ve had it done I can hopefully answer more of your questions.
Feel free to add me. X

    Hi Darcey,

    Thank you for your comment!

I hope it does change how I feel, I’ve never felt pressured or anything at all to get anything bigger, by anyone. My boyfriend keeps telling me I don’t need it, but I don’t feel feminine at all if you know what I mean?

I do feel that it could increase my confidence in myself a lot and I know that I am doing it for me and nobody else, I don’t feel comfortable in anything too low cut and tend to spend my live in ridiculously baggy jumpers just to try and hide it a little.

I honestly do feel like a twelve year old boy, especially when I’m in groups of friends. I know none of them think anything of it or judge me because they don’t care about things like this in the slightest but I judge myself a lot and do think it would increase my confidence, but then again, I’ve seen so many things where people have had them and said it doesn’t feel that hole.. So I’m a little stuck.

    Good luck for Friday! x

    Hi @khl03

I wish I had taken getting my boobs done seriously when I was 18! (Although there was no chance I could have afforded one). I’m 25 next month ans have just had mine done on 18th Feb. It’s still very early to see my proper results, but so far I am happy.

Even since puperty I felt I was different. My boobs were small, but it was always so hard to find bras to fit and talking about boobs with my friends as a teenager it felt like mine were a weird shape. The nipple was so low down and there was very little breast tissue under the nipple. I always thought they just hadn’t developed yet and that they would get bigger. I found out from watching embarrassing bodies that my boobs looked a lot like I had a mild form of Tubular or Tuberous Breasts. But still thought they may change as I aged and hoped for the best. In the last couple of years I thought more seriously about having the surgery but thought I should wait until after having children or wait until I was 30 (just in case they grew!) But one day I just woke up and thought why keep suffering? Why shouldn’t I just enjoy my body now, while I’m young!? So I did it! Yaaaaay!

Just do as much research as you can and make sure it’s the right decision for you x

    Thanks Alice!

I’m trying to get as much information as I can before I commit to it, as I know despite the fact you can just get them removed, it’s a lot to go through and pay out for if I end up disliking them. And I know it doesn’t always make you feel as good as you thought.

I have the same issue as you said you previously had, I wouldn’t have such a problem with size if the shape was a little different, I think because I’m so flat, they don’t seem to have the traditional boob look and it really does make me so self conscious. My boyfriend constantly tells me there’s nothing wrong with them but I always want to cover myself and can’t stand seeing them as they do make me want to cry sometimes because I just hate them.

Obviously I know that I’m going to have to save up a fair amount, but it’s something that I’ve considered for as long as I can remember, I’m not a very girly girl, but I still have that side to me that want’s to look nice in lower cut t-shirts and not feel like I have to wear a push up bra to look like a female.

Hope your recovery goes well! X

No problem. I’m exactly the same. I’m so low maintenance its crazy! it takes me 30 mins to get ready in the morning, brush hair, mascara on, done lol. but it’s still horrible not to feel like a woman! I felt like I had these little cow udders hanging on my chest! I’ve got some before and after pics on my profile and I’ll be updating on whether I like the results as soon as and when I see changes. Recovery has also been really easy so far! Just send me an email if you have any more questions 🙂 x
