I read something in my paperwork that you can cut it to under your armpits… but I also read another girl was advised to take her strapping off herself after a similar thing happened. I was in so much pain as I had raw skin underneath there and called my nurse on day 5 to ask if there was anything I could do and she said no, to ride it out and use ice packs and painkillers to help. I think the itchiness is completely normal, but might be worth ringing your nurse in regards to how secure it now is. Good luck x
