    Can someone help me, I bought two mya bra’s for after my op but I’ve lost one. Does anyone have any recommendations on bra’s and if so what size? I’m currently a 34/36B and i’m having 450cc implants

    Hey i would just use that mya one for a few days then go to m and s or matalan and get one that fits you there. Its hard to determine what size you would need to get for after because of the cone shape and the swelling. I kept my first bra on for 3 days because i was scared i wouldnt be able to fasten it back up lol, but had to to go to m and s for a new one as the macom i had was so uncomfortable, otherwise i probably would have kept it on longer tbh x

    @sophy123 Hey, thank you! I was panicking loads, because I can’t find this other bra anywhere! And i’ll do that thank you! My PC told me to go for a size up and a DD but I just don’t want it to be too tight and uncomfortable because it’ll make me irritable! Thank you! x

    Yeah, i mean that could be the size you would eventually be but with the shape and swelling at the beginning them cups might not be supportive enough at the begining. The mya ones will definitly be the best because they expand with your boobs. I have just bought the 2 for £30 m and s high impact cotton sports bras and so comfy but because of the shape i had to get a smaller cup size because the bigger one wont support my cones at the moment haha x

    @sophy123 Ooh I may have a look at them! I spoke to my pc about Macom bra’s but she said theyre very rough! So i decided against them! But I will have a look at m and s thank you! xx

    I have 2 macom bras and they are honestly sooo comfy! I’ve been wearing only these since the day of my op and don’t have a single bad thing to say about them! x

    @danniellejayne Oh really, I may buy one from Macom and M&S and alternate them with the MYA one. I just don’t wanna be uncomfy x

    I’ve just bought an M&S one and now prefer this over my macom purely because it looks like a proper bra and I’m able to wear vests tops in this heat!

    Macom bras are the best! Post-surgery bras are not meant to be loose and comfortable ! x

    @michelle I had the same size and stats as you and bought the M&S high impact sports bra the £25 one in a 36E and it was brill was really tight the first few days due to swelling but the nurse said it needs to be really tight. I still wear it to bed now at 11 wpo xx

    @danniellejayne when i went for my pre op my nurse did say to get a bra like that! i will have a look, thank you! x

    @danielle101
    oohh i’ll a look at that! The nurse I saw at my pre op told me to go get a asda one, m&s or even a matalan one! I’ve been looking at the m&s one’s so I may buy the one i’ve been looking at. And thank you! It’s been so hard finding someone the same stat’s but i remembered from my other post you were! I got told by the nurse to get a DD bra. Which is the only thing confusing me, so I may wait till i’ve them done and go in and ask and buy one then! Thank you xx
