Help! Can I use ice??

So ive been using ice packs on my day old new boobies to help ease the pain and it’s working a treat but I’ve just been told it can slow the healing as decreases blood flow, is this true? I hope it’s not 🙁

Ice packs were my saviour! Check with your PC if you are concerned but you will be fine ? ice packs help a treat! Xxx

Hi Hun, I was told my the nurses in the hospital and the MYA nurse to use ice packs to decide the swelling! They are so good man haha x
