Hi girls, so I had my surgery yesterday at Preston with Dr Traynor.. can someone please make me feel better as I feel that I don’t like them right now, they look good in my m&s bra but I’m not so keen when I have a little look.. do you literally just have to give them time.. can some also tell me what the drop and fluff process is? And do I just leave the sports bra on? Also I have seen girls wearing breast band, my surgeon didn’t tell me to wear this but would it be worth while buying on off Macom? I just want them to be the nicest possible that they can be, they don’t seem that big either but I think I need to give them time .. thanks girls xxx

I still also feel they are quite small compared to other girls who have had my size, one is 375 and one is 400

    Hey Savannah
I had mine done yesterday too with dr traynor. I had 375 in one and 425 in the other due to asymmetry.
I feel exactly the same as you. They look good in my sports bra but I don’t like them out of it. My left one is up by my chin and they’re different shape and sizes and like massive pointy torpeadoes but I know I’ve got a lot of drop and fluff to do! I really hope that I’m a few weeks I like them!
How is your pain? and what size were you pre op? Xxx

Hey I think you look amazing!! What do you not like about them? xx

Breast bands are usually used with under the muscle implants to help the implants drop as the muscle holds them up really high. So they aren’t required with overs as there isn’t any muscle involvement. Plus if you needed it your surgeon would have said. Mr Traynor just advises a sports bra for support xx

Hi I think they look amazing! You only had your op yesterday trust me they’ll change so much! I’m 2 weeks post op today and the difference from day 1 is amazing they’ve already dropped a bit and look fuller. Day one mine looked like stuck on cones! I had dr traynor to and had 450 overs, you won’t need a breast band just wear the sports bra 24/7 for 6 weeks, I wouldn’t compare yourself to other girls as everyone’s different to begin with, mine aren’t as big as I thought they would be but compared to my old boobs there huge! And I never originally wanted massive boobs, just bigger then what I had. Honestly just give it a couple of weeks and you’ll be surprised how much they change! Add me if you’d like to see my pics, I had similar size to you xx

Hi rosin… my pain has been bareable but not that bad , I just keep looking at them thinking they will change haha.. the one I had the bigger implant in still looks smaller when I was hoping for them to be the same, they also look really pointy , I’m worried he’s done something different to what we agreed haha I doubt it but I have all kinds going through my mind , how is your pain? I hope I like mine to in a few weeks, I think you just literally have to bare with them, I had my op at around 11 what time was yours? Xx

Hey Jessica, thank you for your message?m, I don’t know what I don’t like I think I’m just comparing myself to other girls and I’ve seen girls who have had smaller than me but they are much bigger , I think I need to give them time, right ok I’ll leave the breast band I think I’m just worrying far to much I need to stop looking at others but I keep thinking I’m doing something wrong xxx

Hi Danielle . I have added you , I really hope they change in the next weeks , it’s literally only been over 24 hours so I can’t complain and I know that I need to wait and see I’m just worrying I think far to much I’ll keep the bra on and look after them and see what happens, they feel really strange haha , I need to stop comparing myself , I didn’t have ugly boobs to begin with they were a nice shape but a bit different so I’m hoping when they settle they do go nice xxx

Yeah I’m exactly the same comparing against other girls. Pain is bearable more discomfort unless I move sharply and it pulls. The most painful thing I think is having a sleep sitting upright my back was so sore last night and my bum was numb!
I went down to surgery about 4pm! Didn’t leave until about 10pm though as the anaesthetic made me really ill I was projectile vomiting everywhere haha!
I think patience is the key but it’s just so hard and wanting it all now! Xx

I have felt quite sick today I just can’t sit down I need to rest but I’m walking right I can’t keep still, yes lastnight was awful I got about 3 hours sleep it’s so annoying , I woke up so frustrated crying because I was tired I wanted to scream haha. I was crying when I came round after surgery for some reason! I didn’t even know why tears were just coming out my eyes was so weird haha xx

Hi girlies, I had mine done yesterday in Preston with Dr Traynor, all went really well for me even though the hospital was over booked! Dr Traynor is a star, he was really lovely yesterday. I have been in quite a lot of pain today and last night was a nightmare, Ice packs are getting me through and I have just bought a back rest from argos that is amazing for £22, a girl on this forum recommended it, deffo a great investment.
I was so worried about how I would feel when I saw my boobs for the first time, I thought they would feel alien and not like they belonged on my body, but I’m really surprised I feel like this is what they should look like. They are obviously a bit swollen and bruised, but i love the bigger size. I dont know if any of you have children, but mine just feel like they did when my milk came in so I feel like i have seen them like this before, it also feels very similar pain wise except this time I cant feed the baby to reduce the swelling loool
I had a small asymmetry and tonight i feel that lefty (the naturally bigger one with the smaller implant) still looks bigger and seems to have a nice dropped shape whilst righty is still smaller and higher up.
Dr Traynor said my bigger breast will drop and fluff much quicker than the larger implant in the smaller boob it will take longer to catch up.
i would say we all have different boobs unique to us from the start so our boob jobs will also look different and unique. try not to worry because one thing that constantly comes across by reading other girls stories is that the boobs change daily and take months to settle. its a journey. good advice from Danielle to photograph them regularly so you can look back and see the changes.
I remember when Danielle was posting about how big and swollen she felt and she was worried about the starpping etc, but now things are getting much better for her, so glad to hear that Danielle.
thanks for sharing your journey so far girls, we are all here to support each other xx

That was a lovely message Becki, so glad your happy with your results , it’s nice to hear a positive story, I think the whole process just takes time doesn’t it for them to settle and be how you went them. Dr Traynor is amazing and knows what he is doing so we should all be fine .. I know Danielle’s photos and story has restored confidence in me, so lovely everyone supports each other xxx

It really is just a huge waiting game! Mr Traynor knows his stuff though and I think we’ll all be happy with our final outcome. That first week does fly by and I was panicking loads day 1 and 2 emailing my nurse about swelling etc but it was all fine in the end and normal. It’s good seeing everyone’s progress on here and I know in my first week and even now it makes me feel loads better when I read about someone else going through the same xx happy healing girls 🙂
