HELP GIRLS. Worried about 450cc

Hi girls
Need some help!!!
Sooooo had my consultation with dr frati on the 30th March and booked my surgery for the 23rd may,I really wanted it straight after my consultaion literally lol but I’m going away next week so wouldn’t have been enough recovery time!
Anyway… He recommended 450 which I was really pleased with,I worried so much before hand that he wouldn’t offer me what I had in mind,I’d researched LOADS and looked at hundreds of pictures and really liked 400-425-450.
Now I’m really worried about the boob greed….already and thinking should I ask for bigger? He did say if I go to big it could result in stretch marks/sagging. I’m currently a 32b (I think) quite a full b I would say! With slight asymmetry.
I’m 5″7 and a size 8-10.
Do you think it’s worth me maybe asking to go to like 475cc? I’ve seen girls say there isn’t much in 25cc,I feel I’m being really silly! But like anyone else I just want them to be perfect and be completely happy with them!xx

I had 450cc unders… I was a 34b before I am now 2 weeks post op and I love them and think they are just right for my frame!i am also same stats as you☺️ Hope this helps!?

Thanks for the reply Sam! I’m going to email his pa tomorow and get another app so I can go over sizes again,then my mind will be fully at rest!
Do teardrops come up bigger then? Is that what you had? I wanted tear drops but he said I have more than enough tissue to cover a round implant! is that right?xx

Sorry just re read what you said,I got confused! I thought you ment having tear drops make them 2 times bigger! I’m having 450 unders high profile! I’ve got slight asymmetry so think I’m having either 400 or 425 in the other xx

Hey, i had 500cc overs from a 34c 4 days ago. i love mine and i think they are a perfect size. i would not worry and go the biggest they offer you.

In the allergen tear drop range it’s either 475 or next size up is 535! I had uhp so it allowed me a bigger implant!
Yeah atleast you will know then & have no regrets, nothing worse than it bugging you!! Yeah hun I had zero Breast tissue so a round implant would show and I would have 2 balls on my chest lol, teardrop isn’t much difference but slight slope at the top & heavier bottom! You’ll have a good ol’ handful with either sizes 😉
Maybe ask if you could have 475 & 500 I’f your having doubts on size! They say you loose 10% with unders don’t they but not sure if there is any truth to it! Xx

Ahh okay I see! I love the shape of teardrop,my best friend has them and they look amazing! As long as I don’t end up with two round balls,I said that to him but he said I have enough breast tissue,and he knows best sooo.
I think aswell because it feels like I had the consultation ages ago I’ve started thinking so many other things and looking more and more at different boobs everyday,it’s driving no me mad! But I’ll see what he says and if he says no bigger then that’s fine,if he says I can possibly go to 475 then brilliant!
I’ve also seen some surgeons can take different sizes in and try them,so that’s always an option,then it’s his final judgement x

Yeah he can always order in both sizes & try them on the day! I’m sure if you wanted teardrop even though you can have round then it’s your choice isn’t it? Let me know how it goes hun, I get my strapping off weds evening I’ll post some pictures then so you can see the size Xx

That’s what I thought? I’m going to ask again though,I can’t remember if I even did ask! I was so overwhelmed and just couldn’t stop looking in the mirror at myself with my sports bra on and the implants hahaha! It’s all a blur tbh, was you just a day case? How were the drains? And are you wearing a sports bra over the strapping? I’ve seen some people have!

Lol it does Al go out of your mind doesn’t it! I was the same I wanted to take the implants home haha!! Yeah was a day case, drains were fine babe, not painful coming out just uncomfy & a weird feeling, over in a second! Yeah I only have 1 bit of sticky strapping over the top & a Breast band & Macom,.. I think he only uses full sticky strapping for overs or partials! I can’t wait, atm the strapping is covering up the top part so I can’t wait to see the whole boob haha! Xx

Think I’m going for the 450cc high profile unders as well but I’ll find out for definite on Tuesday so I’ll let you know and you can see my pics when I get them done in 16 days eek! xx

hey, recover is fine thanks. I decided to go for overs as my surgeon said they will look the best and there is a lower recovery time with overs.

So Sam your strapping isn’t all the way over?? I’m having partials! Do surgeons do them under the muscle fully? I read on here that unders are partials,as most surgeons don’t do fully under the muscle anymore? Not sure how true that is,just remember seeing a forum about it!
Glad the drains weren’t too bad,I think that’s the bit in dreading! I wanted my op asap but got picked for bloody jury service and had a holiday booked,so wouldn’t of been enough recovery time!
So as soon as I’m back I’m having mine 3 days later,cannot wait!!
I’m going to order a macom,read really good reviews! Did you get your current back size or go up one size? As I’ve seen different reviews from girls,some saying current size and some saying there surgeon said to go up a back size??xx

Glad it’s been okay for you Charlotte! I don’t think I could have overs,I don’t think I have enough breast to cover the implant. I’ll let you no how it goes though? The countdown is finally on haha xx

I’m a 34B currently Hollie 🙂 Well I’ve never been measured for cup size but that’s what Dr Mounir said! I’ve always worn A bras but since he said I’m a B I’ve started to notice how badly all my bras fit me ? xx
