HELP How long do i have the stiches in for

Ladies im getting really down now! I can’t do anything at all, i try but fail my stiches are nipping the shit out of me amd i cant poo. I look like a pregnant hippopotamus. Im 4Days PO sill early day’s i no but im just fed up now. My ass is killing me aswell because of how im sleeping? My boobs overall all fine very tender but not alot of pain..

Any idea’s to cheer myself up? I just feel Shit

@shauntelle I know not funny but that made me laugh. Have you tried a laxative , maybe ducolax or buscopan (to reduce bloat). Your same post op day as me but I’m the other way. I’ve had runs. My stitches are sore and very itchy but mine are dissolvible. Hope you feel better soon. It totally sucks doesn’t it. I’m hoping I get 15 years out of these cos I can’t go through this again !! Xx

Try a pillow under backs of knees too to take a bit of pressure off bottom. I found this comfier x

Haha @jen aslong as i make you smile thats all that matters. Hmm I thought i had to have the stiches out? Maby im wrong!!! I wish i had the runs honest its driving me mad. Xx
