I have a daughter she is 1.5 year and she needs lots of lifting and my mom helped me for first 2 weeks . I started to bath her after 2 weeks by myself. So please try to get somebody to help. Carrying a child shouldn’t be harm if you do it 2-3 times a day but try to lift with extra care. Xx

Im gonna be in this situation just only lift wen u really have, sometimes it can’t be helped but just take it easy, not like Ur lifting over your head or for long periods lots of ppl have to lift at some point after operations just take extra care instead of lifting to standing from floor maybe sit on sofa n lift to there or get on you knees to pick up if easier then stand so as your not stretching too much xx

I’m 12DPO and I have been putting pillows in the cotbed for my toddler to stand on to then ‘ jump’ I announce in a high voice and so far he’s leaping up to me rather than straining myself , he thinks it’s fun, it’s so hard lifting them. Try get down to their level as much as possible, hope you feel better soon xx
