Help ladies opinions please

I’m five weeks post op I had loop stitch sticking out that hadn’t dissolved last week, my incision was glued. Surgeon said wd now clear up in two weeks. This is wat it looks like is this normal or should I worry? There is no pain or heat.. I had tiny as in spot of leakage after shower yesterday n Wednesday. Please advise has anyone else had this? I know common for loop stitch to find difficult to dissolve but how long was healing after / any advice gratefully received thanks ladies x

Hi Hun I’m not an expert but mine didn’t look like this not that everyone’s looks the same, I have seen this before and a girl said it was infected. I would send photos to your nurse asap so she can have a look xxx

Mine looked like this and the stitch fell out once healed at about 12 weeks x

thanks ladies I will send pics to surgeon on Tuesday if no better, he said give two weeks after loop stitcih was took out – although had a shower tonight n no leak so far .. Ive shown my neice who is a nurse on surgical ward and she didnt think any problem or infection and said common. I just wish would hurry the heck up its horrible waitin for healing and i expected to be healed by now. The sports bras rub too even with cover x

Mine looked exactly like this in two places along the scar. Looked very red and aggravated at first but I just left it and I am now 11 month post op and you can barley notice x
