i have hp too and they dont look fake, check my photos, the last two uploads are today 6 days post op so alot of swelling has gone down, i still have side boob but they look quite a natural shape from the front too.. i had a good amount of breast tissue too, so they are covered well, my pc told me hp are likely to be used on most patients, i think unless you have a wider rib cage.. because then there will be less width to fill out chest wall.. then they chose moderate or moderate +… lots of girlies have them too…
trust what the surgeon says though, theyre amazingo 🙂 xxx

Has your surgeon suggested either – as I thought they would chose one or the other depending on your frame.

They normally use mod/mod+ if you have a wider based chest plate so they fill you out. Mod+ is equal to hp I believe, just wider base?

High profiles have a smaller base, if you put these on someone with a wide chest plate they will look like two half oranges on your body lol xx

yeah i am quite slim and he suggested HP, but im just worried about them being too high up on my chest.

i have looked at alot of before and afters and i know i shouldn’t compare but they amazing once they have dropped so just going to speak to him again about it. Thats all im worried about, them looking weird think im worrying too much haha xxx

Have a look at this – you can see all the profiles laid out on a table, these are the Mentor ones Mya use – you can see the difference in profiles 🙂 xx

I know you may worry about them sitting high on your chest, maybe looking too fake, a lot of people think Victoria Beckham , but if you have less breast tissue and you want the natural look, the surgeon might go partially under the muscle where the top of the iimplant is under the muscle, but I knew a girl who had no breast tissue at all and loose skin after children and she had either 300/350cc over the muscle and hers don’t look high up or round, they look rounder if she wears a padded push up bra but I think that’s the best I can give you, the surgeon will know best hunny, it’s hard to believe they will give you exactly what you want, but they do take everything you say into consideration 🙂 it never crossed my mind which profile I should have which I should choose but they choose for you greater they know what looms best 🙂 only think I chose was size after trying implants and luckily I had enough breast tissue to go over as I had boobs already, otherwise I may have had to go smaller 🙂 xxxx
