Help please girls 6 weeks post op

Im 6 weeks post op and bought a beautiful bra, when can u start wearing unwired bras? I hate this sports bra 🙁 xx

Have u been for ur check up with the surgeon? Thats normally at 6 weeks and u should get told then x

Hey Emma, hope ur ok. I had my 6 week check on tuesday.everythings good, have healed well. The nurse says I can start the gym again, go swimming etc etc.. But I was shocked when she said no under wired bras until I’m 10-12 weeks po!! I thought it was 8! They seem to all say different… I don’t think wearing an underwired bra when u ‘need’ to will do ny harm.. Xx

Hey girls, had my po today and she said 8 weeks but on google it says 6 so I wondered if u can wear bras at 6 week po? I can enroll at gym tomoz sooooo excited haha xxx
