Help please ..not sure if bottoming out

I am 18 months post op and my boobs seem to me as if they are bottoming out slightly. I have no idea if I’m just being picky does anyone know anything about this please? They are both the same but seem too low and I don’t have a crease. Help very much appreciated as I don’t know what to do! Xx
