hi girls just had a bath and the scab came off and underneath hasnt healed properly looks lk a open wound/sun blister? im 4 weeks post op, the nurse isnt there now i rung this morning but couldnt get through im gna try tomorrow, just wanted to know if its ok or if i should do anything special to stop it infecting? ive kept my sports bra on but its rubbing it and hurting, should i let it breath for a bit and take my bra off? the incistion is on my nipple so scared my nipple will go infected =(! please give me some ideas or calm me down lol ill put a pic up of it ina minute to show what i mean xx
