Help swimming & gym

I’m 7 week po and want to go swimming the nurse never told me how long I had to wait? Does anyone know?

I know it’s 2 months for running.

Hi Hun I am 10 weeks post op. I went swimming last week with my kids so physically I wasn’t doing anything. All my Inscisions are healed so no problemsthere if your unsure email of call your nurse x
