Also I don’t know whether to go with teardrop or round? What are people’s views on both? I want to look natural for also want to look full have cleavage and side boob 😉 please help me! Thanks xxxx

    Hi! Have you tried the 295s on/done the rice trick? That should give you an accurate idea of how you’ll look. The advise MYA give is that 125cc-150cc is a cup size, so it should take you up at least 2 sizes, maybe a few more if you’re petite 🙂
    I’m getting round implants on 1st August! But I had no choice. I think teardrop and round both can look cleavagey and natural but I hear teardrops have a higher risk. What did your surgeon recommend?
    Good luck, lovely! 🙂 x

    Hi Melissa, if you want a natural look teardrop is best however I wanted side boob and a cleaverage so I went for round ones , I also wanted a natural look but personally for me the side boob is rocking it and I went for round in the end. No regrets! However if you have a small frame 6-8 the size you have been advised is perfect , I’m a 12-14 but had 500cc and mine suit lovely so far. Hope this helps a little xx.

    Hi Melissa, I had teardrop..it’s the only thing I was offered as I asked for a natural look.

    I’m only just over 2 weeks post op so still early days, I think I’ll still have a cleavage and side boobs though but a natural cleavage and not so “round”. I’m quite petite up top too so they suit my frame perfectly and look really natural.

    Not sure what people mean when they say theirs more risks with the teardrop? There’s just the same risks involved if you were to have the round x

    I have teardrop unders 335cc – I opted for these as I wanted a mores natural shape. Like @carlymarie has said – teardrops these days are no more risky than round implants – they are designed not to move/turn. Opting for the largest implants possible seems to be the favoured approach to avoid any disappointment PO. Obviously though your surgeon has the final call on the day so u need to put your trust in them. X

    If your not too sure go online have a look for your body shape and breast type and see what implants others have had to help you decide on your outcome. X.

    I take it back, loveies! 🙂 I was going on old info… But, you can get a natural look with round implants, it all depends on your body and breast type x

    thank you everyone for your help! Its so confusing and such a big decision to make :O I knew I wouldn’t be able to go too big anyway I tried on a 32d sports bra with the implants and that was fine. I’m just worried that the teardrop shape will look smaller than the round? @Bassett28 I would like size like yours, I am seeing mr Giannas again on the 7th so hopefully he will reassure me with sizing etc.

    @carlymarie

    Melissa – My OP isn’t until 1st August 🙂 but I’m getting round because I have tubular boobs – so I actually need the roundness to correct my shape. But! I have (awful, awful) pictures of what I look like now on my profile if you’re curious. I’ll put updates on as soon as I can. Sttuuupiid excited! Boyfriend is getting a daily boob countdown, hah! x
