Help! UK size to US

I’m being a bridesmaid in June and having my boobs done on the 24th feb. I’m currently at 34 A/smallB. I’m either going to have 375cc or 400cc. I went to get measured today as the dresses are being shipped over from America. I don’t know what size I’ll end up being so it’s difficult. The lady said US 10 when had op but she’s unsure also. I think us 12. I really don’t know. Can anyone help that’s had similar size cc as me and tell me if they’ve tried us sizes also. Would help me a lot. Thank you x

I would say go for the bigger size as u can always get the dress altered to fit x
