met with my PC natalie yesterday and she advised not to get the macom bra for a number of reasons. Of course she tried to get me to buy the MYA bras as they fit like an actual bra so there discreet under clothing but i didn’t feel as though they had enough support. I’m so undecided on which one to get as I’ve looked into the M&S post surgery ones but how do you know what size to get?

Hi I’ve ordered one macom bra and two from amazon. I figured I’ll wear the more expensive one the majority of the time and use the cheaper ones as spares. Another girl on here raved about the amazon bras x

I have two M&S high impact sports bras the same as lisas shown above but just different patterns. Although they are difficult to hide under clothes like you have to wear tshirts alot, they give your boobs a nice shape under the clothes, I got a 34D and 36D in both and ended up sending the 34 back as was too small at first.
I think now i would fit in 34 as swelling has gone down so this has extra room (36d) but if youre thinking to go bigger or smaller deffo go bigger. Im happy with the extra room as oppose to it being too tight x
