Hi def give them a call Hun. I didn’t get mine either, I had to ring a few times and in the end the night before my op was due,i got a receptionist and luckily she emailed me through the details straight away.

ask you PC she should find out for you, my pc told me mine 5 days before but i did have to chase it 🙂 x
