High nipples!

I’ve got my surgery booked for the 8th June. I’m having a sort of reverse lift. My nipples are too high as Every thing has dropped par them lol so I’m having 300 cc unders and my breasts pulled down and tucked. I’m an empty small c atm. Had anyone had this. Feel like I’m the only 1!!
