My Op date is 6th August.

When I went to see Dr Kazzazi he said I needed an uplift and couldn’t help me. I was baffled. Since researching and taking out yet another loan I’m wondering, do I really need one? Maybe he was just being overly cautious.

I’m seeing Dr Mounir on Weds and also having my pre op straight after. I’m hoping he’ll say just implants, but I have the money for uplift if needed. I’d rather have an uplift after my second child.

Picture included. Honest opinions? I know you guys aren’t surgeons or anything but your advice would be lovely.

    Thanks xxx

My surgen recommended an uplift for me but I said I was thinking of having another child in a year or two so she said there was no point as I would need it again. I had just implants but she was reluctant to going behind the muscle as I would end up with a double bubble, which means the implant is high and the natural breast drops below so essentially you have two boobs. (Damn you saggy boobs)

We decided to chose in front implants.

But in front meant a risk of rippling. I decided to go for it, they have to highlight the risks regardless and I signed my life away :0)

I was told not to bother having the uplift if wanted more children as this could result in a waste n money which at the time in 2013 I was done with having kids so had my uplift / implants I’ve had re ops since due to CC which my last op was done in November and now I’m 6 months pergant so god knows wots the out come is going to be x

Looking at your pic I don’t think a uplift is needed as there not that bad i. More than sure you just need a good size in implants to full out the skin and maybe just a nipple lift x

Thats a good point Mush, I’d be happy with a nipple lift. I’d like 500cc implants (partial or overs), so hopefully that will be plenty to fill out the skin. xx

I bet they look lovely now though 🙂 I was a bit confused really, I told Dr Kazzazi that I wanted an E cup and he took one look at them and said I need an uplift. It was quite harsh really, I had 5 mins with him after waiting an hour and he didn’t even look me in the eye. 🙁 I hope Dr Mounir is nice! xxx

I don’t think there is any rush for you to have uplift just yet if still want kids and your still young I’m 37 now and full uplift is a big thing and scarring for me was quite hard to live with . This after my 3rd op I had my implants placed over the muscle and had my implants replaced to 590cc and one nipple lift due to CC x

Wow they look amazing! Thats exactly what I was thinking, it’s so much money too. Almost double the price of implants only. I really hope he’ll think implants alone would be fine. I’m definitely getting an uplift after my second child. xx

I will hold off if Mr Mounir lets me. When Kazzazi said I needed it I was quite shocked, so hopefully Mounir will feel the same as me! Thank you xxx

But if your having just implants for now I would say go fully under the muscle as they wont sag and last a lot longer till your ready for that uplift x

Im so excited, i cant believe in a day I will have new boobies! I feel mine are saggy and mine are 21cm i think mr mounir will suggest to wait for uplift like he has for me. He also told me he thinks when I next see him after the op ill be telling him I dont want or need an uplift. You are in safe hands and hes a really nice caring guy xx
