Hiya, I have a horse and have been told I can’t do anything for 6 weeks! I will defiantly leave it longer then that as I don’t want to rush into anything and ruin my boobs! (Won’t risk sagging) I know someone who’s had their boobs done who has horses and she didn’t ride, muck out, feed or anything for around 3 months, she also doubled up on sports bras when she started riding. Hope this helps xxxx

Thanks @Natalie this is one of those things thats going to be mainly holding me back, and im also majorly worried if i do have it done that id be in danger of being head butted in the boob and damaging them as you know how horses can be, i suppose it would depend on how worth it, it would be :/ thanks though for your help 🙂 xxxx

Yeah I know what you mean hun, would have to think about it and see if you think it’s worth it! I’ve got people down my stables that will do my horse for however long I need off! Would that be an option for you too?xxx

it is a difficult one, i work with horses as well on a freelance basis so it just means alot of time not riding and getting unfit… i suppose with me being freelance i will have time to get fit and go to the gym again but its just that i wont be able to ride for so long that’s disappointing 🙂 xxx
