how are we all feeling after a week?

Hi girls, just wondering how everyone’s feeling after their ops last week? There were a few girls having surgery around the same time as me last week. I had an uplift with implants and felt ok (mostly drugged up!) for the first few days but then went a bit downhill and now I feel ok again, I even got dressed today instead of pj’s! I’ve managed to wash my hair twice and have a kind of shower without wetting my dressings. I saw the nurse on weds and she just put new dressings on and I have to go back next Thursday. I love my new boobs but I’m sure one side is gonna end up bigger than the other…I will be flagging that up if it doesn’t even out cos its about a cupsize different and I can’t live with that long term, that was why I had the op in the first place lol! Anyway I’d love to hear how everyone’s getting on, its gone so fast and I’ve not seen all the posts on here! Back to work Monday if I still feel ok…boooooo! X

Hi Sunash, i had my ba on sunday so only 5 days po. But so far i have felt great no pain at all just a tight feeling. Hav been on my meds but today i havent taken any apart from antibiotics an i still feel good! Off on Saturday to c the nurse to have dressings off,i hav seen my boobs an am really happy wiv how they look an so ive read they r only going to get better,x

Hi chick think I was same day as u. Tues 23rd?
Had a BA, tummy tuck and lipo on hips.
First couple of days really good, had a bad few days where I sat n cried nearly all day hates everything. Feeling a lot better now, still can’t stand up straight, but been out n hired an electric scooter lol, I’m feeling quite good today but still up and down. Think I actually love my boobies now but that could all change tomorrow lol x

i had 1 bigger but its sorting itself out now, ive heard a few people have had so dont worry about that x

Charbabe I had a nosey at your pics, yours don’t look as uneven as mine, mr traynor put a 545 cc in my left and a 385 in my right and I can see a huge difference, the bigger implant looks better, more round and formed…we”ll see how it goes but I’m not leaving them like that if they don’t even out. X

Hi Girls,
I had my op on Monday. They are really hard, swollen, and tight they don’t really look like boobs more like torpedoes, i am happy with the size (i’ve had 415cc Natrelle soft touch) but not the shape i’m hoping that they will settle into a normal shape, but also my nipples are now huge and really shiny, is anyone else the same?

Oh I see well I’m sure he knows what he’s doing. The bigger 1 is probably more swollen if it’s had a bigger implant too x

Hiya i had my BA on sat so 6 days PO. Felt fine first 2 days then gone down hill from there. Stopped pain meds after 3 days as not in pain but just ache and tight. Felt sick sick past few days and tummy been upset i think from meds. Managed to go to tesco today and washed hair 2x (yippeeeee).
One side is a lot more sore than other and convinced incision has opened. Will find out 2moz cos due to see nurse at bristol so will update if stitches have gone yucky 🙁
I like the look of new boobs but they very far apart, was told this may be the case as natural were too but more obvious now. Sick of how rock solid they are and hoping this is normal??

Hi ladies! Glad everyone’s feeling good, I’m feeling pretty good my nipple and right boob hurts sometimes. And my right boob is bigger than my left I hope it’s just Swelling! Back to work on Monday booooo xxx

Radders I think the torpedo look is quite normal to start with lol, they should settle soon, I hope mine settle too, bloody hard as rock and uncomfortable as hell getting to sleep!

Minisha good luck for your appt, hope your incision isn’t infected, that’s no fun. I think sitting in for days on end does nothing for us mentally, makes us feel so much worse when we’re normally so active. Hope you feel better soon, I’m sure you’ll perk up in a couple of days, there seems to be a pattern of people feeling great then really depressed then great again, keep smiling 🙂

Lucy glad to see you’re doing well 🙂 back to work on Monday for me too, not looking forward to it one single bit! I wonder how many times I take my top off to show my colleagues? Might charge a fiver a go haha! X

Haha sunash i think il be the same when i go back to work! looking at other ppls pics has made me feel better about my torpedo’s because I can see that they don’t stay like that, can’t wait for them to feel more normal though, not so tight and numb. I also can’t wait to be able to sleep on my side again x
