How bad did you feel after 7 days PO?

Hello girls

I am currently 7 days post op and still very swollen and in a lot of pain 🙁 I struggle to sit up out of bed and get up from chairs etc And I still cannot put my arms any higher than boob height 🙁 I’m supposed to go back to work in three days and I’m worried I haven’t taken enough time off! Is this normal? When did these problems start to go away for you?

Completely normal don’t worry !
I was due back to work but went to my local GP and the signed me off !!
It’s not worth the risk babe
