I didn’t just went with what surgeon recommended – think If you already have breast tissue then overs are normally recommended x

If you have saggy skin due to breast feeding its overs. If you haven’t got much skin its unders. Unders are more painful apparently. Good luck x

I was offered unders by mr kazzazi and overs from mr traynor went with mr traynor as he said straight away about me having slightly tubular and how to fix them as you need to have overs to make them look more normal xx

Ahhh it’s hard he said unders are better with less chance of having issues but overs are better for the look that I want I just worry that il end up with rippling with overs as I don’t have lots of breast uno x

Hi huni I had unders as I had to have uplift and he told me if I had overs they would. End up being saggy most lady’s that have uplifts have unders as it keeps them up in place x

I’ve had overs with only slight loose skin at top. Have got textured implants so they are less likely to show ripples but surgeon said he finds these most natural as that is where your normal breast tissue is not under the muscle. I also work out a lot and wouldn’t want them moving all funny! X

See this is what I’m worried about because I weight lift quite a lot so worried itl ruin them it’s so hard I wish the surgeon tolde what I had to have it would make my life easier haha x

If you weightlift a lot with fully unders you made get muscle distortion. I was told unders would give me stuck on look so if you want to be extra round at top? I had partials because I wanted natural look.

Go for a full implant with less chance of rippling and don’t go too big if you for overs. Have another consultation with him or another surgeon and be explicit about what you want and want you do and ask him what is the best option taking everything into account. If your surgery booked go for consultation with another company just don’t tell them u booked! Xx

Sorry this blooming predictive text… May get muscles distortion with unders.
Don’t go too big if you go for overs….
Naturelle had less chance that the cup of rippling…so mentor prob have an equivalent brand.

I had overs hun, I had hardly any breast tissue if not none at all i was flat as a pancake but the thought of going under the muscle made me completely cringe, dont ask why lmao! But the surgeon warned they might look more fake going over but i’m 9months post op now and they look fine, I love them, there is some slight rippling at times but completely non visible! xx

I had unders with mr kazzazi! I am so happy with them and I’m only 2 weeks post op so still got a long way to go! Have a look at my pics if you like, once these have dropped I will still get a good cleavage with them. Xxx
