How have you financed your BA?

Hey, just out of curiousity how have you girls financed your BA? Have you paid upfront or gone for one of the finance options? Xxx

I managed to pay in full but was going to do the 1000 pound one then pay rest Monthly c

I was planning on financing but failed that so paid in full xx

I forgot to ask how did it go with your Surgeon ? Have you tried the finance with mya ? So wished i had been accepted ? Xxx

Did it take you girls long to save the amount in full? Xxx

@charlotte it went well thank you, he offered me 350cc or 375cc and offered me surgery in early March but I don’t think I’m going to go ahead as i don’t want to be making payments for two years especially at the 19.9apr interest rate! I’ve been told I need 2000 up front deposit for the 10 month finance, so think I’m going to save up a bit first and do that xxx

I paid upfront with savings but if you girls got declined on MYA finance why don’t you make enquiries at your bank? They usually offer better rates for loans anyway so you don’t pay too much interest xx

It’s best to get a personal loan. Cheaper interest rate. You’re looking at around 5% x

Hey. I’m currently saving up half and then I’ll be going for a personal loan for the rest 🙂
Would be waiting too long if I saved the full amount xx

Hi Lianne, have you looked at a long term interest free credit card? Might be an idea depending on how long the term is for. I saw one the other day for 40 months ?

I got declined for a loan but accepted for finance! But once I’m full time in work I’ll probably try pay of more than the monthly payment each month!xx
