How long do implants take to drop into place ?

I had 400 unders4 days ago and they look like there really high up and flat into my chest just wondering how long they take to look normal and drop into place bit worried at the moment as they don’t look that nice 🙁

Me too, I had 385 and 415 in the other on tuesday, they look so false at the moment I hate them can’t wait for them to look something like I would like them to! I had to go into the clinic on Friday for bleeding (elsewhere nothing to do with boobs) n asked the nurse n she said they won’t start to look anything like they should for at least 6 week and it can take upto 12 months for them to finally settle into place. I am so impatient I want the finished product now x

Im 4 days po and I had 615cc and they don’t feel as big as they should be, I’m sure they’re getting smaller :-/

I got told about 6 weeks but could take up to 6 months to a year for them to settle properly I hated mine at 1st I’m only 3 weeks po and I love them now still a bit to go but really can’t wait to see the finish product I was that bad I was on the phone to the nurse only last week sayin I’m really not happy with them and didn’t like them and she said your only 2 weeks po please give them time and she was right they are looking good now so be patient girls they will look fab soon enough xxxx

So pleased u have posted that Lynsey, even though people say it nurses etc you still get into your own head that you will be different and hate them forever. I am concerned I have gone too big aswell!

Mine just feel awful there so high and stuck under my arm pits wish they would hurry up and drop ha x my belly is do bloated too how long does that last ??

I am feeling the same, i am worried mine are too big. Also my left is still very swollen I am 9 days post op but they both still feel sooo tender and numb………..Is this normal??
Plus because of the swelling I still have to sleep sitting up so not getting the best of sleep 🙁

Girls really don’t worry they will drop and settle honestly mind was exactly the same couldn’t put my arms down properly because my boobs got in the way because they were under my armpits so high up and so swollen and far apart but my left one was so swollen compared to my other one it was horrible it was that bad when I went for my week check up they thought I had fluid built up and was gonna drain it so went back 3 days later and there was no change I saw mr kazzazi and he said it was fine just swollen and to give it time to go down he said treat it like you’ve had 2 different operations and they heal differently honest girls they will look perfect just be patient and you will get your perfect boobies I’ve waited 8 years for mine to be done after 2 kids my boobs looked horrible and I wanted perfect straight away and didn’t get it and thought what have I done but now and I’m only 3 weeks po I’m loving my boobies and they will only get better in time aswell : ) xxxxx

Thanks linseygibz . Are your boobies still numb and tender at 3 weeks as I’m going back to work next week and concerned I’ll be useless to them lol, and not sure how i’m gonna get my uniform on as it has to ho over my head lol x

Hey bell Hun no worrys I was the same yeah my boobs are still numb round the sides I can’t feel them lol but the feeling is slowly coming back but again that could take a year for the sensation to return aswell yeah still a bit tender sometimes and can still feel it if I’ve done to much but I’m still sleepin up right on a nite because Latin on my side isn’t comfy and hurts abit on my boobs don’t forget your only 9 days po so it’s still very early for you but it will get better promise just go careful putting it over your head and don’t do yo much xxx

my right is more painful and swollen then my left, dosent help the fact that im right handed so do evrything with my right arm 🙁

Hi char my left was more swollen then my right and was painfull so know what you mean I loved my right one but hated my left but the swellings goin down nicely and nearly the same size as each other now I’m gona try and get some pics up when the kids are in bed xxx how you feeling today char xxz

I’ve just had to clean up cos i couldn’t stand the mess any more so I’ve probably done myself no favours for swelling later on, I woke up last night in abit of pain so I had to sleep on my side, and I slept great. Stopped taking my painkillers cos they was making me sleepy during the day. Been taking pics every day too so I can see the difference x

I’m 9 days post op now and my boobs still really high up and hard keep worrying there not gonna drop had my dressings off but still got to wear a chest band to try push them down a bit just waited so long for
